    What are your office hours?

    Our office is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and on Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. during April 1 to October 31. We are closed on Sundays.

    The first 50 copies are free. Additional copies cost $0.15 per side. Color and oversized copies may incur extra fees.

    Permit Information

    The Nunda Township Road District requires permits for:

    • All work completed within the road right-of-way
    • Overweight vehicles using township roads

    Permit Types

    1. Right-of-Way Permit

    A Right-of-Way Permit is required for various construction and maintenance activities (see triggers below).

    • How to Apply:
      1. Download and print the Blank Permit Form.
      2. Fill out Part One of the form.
      3. Submit the completed form to:

      • Forms will be reviewed for approval.

    Weight Permit

    Weight Permits are required for accessing Nunda Township roads with overweight vehicles.

    • How to Apply:
      1. Click Here to go to Oxcart Permits.
      2. Submit your application online.
      • All weight permits are administered through Oxcart and approved by Nunda Road District.

    Right-of-Way Permit Triggers

    A Right-of-Way Permit is required for the following activities:
